We prefer to use composite, but we are familiar with all types of wood from cedar and treated material to low-maintenance composites. - Why use composite?
The most important reasons behind our preference for composite are its natural beauty, low maintenance, and ability to withstand the weather. - What do you charge per square foot?
Unfortunately, giving a simple square-footage price would be misleading. There are too many variables that affect the final price: material choices, height off of the ground, site conditions, local code requirements, complexity of the design, etc. Please call for a free estimate and design consultation. - What type of warranty do you offer?
Our warranty provides you with protection against defects in material and workmanship for twelve months and defects in structural fitness for sixty months. - Are you insured?
Yes, we carry a two million dollar general liability policy. - How soon can my project be built?
The timeframe varies depending on the size and complexity of your project, as well as the weather and backlog. Normally projects can be built faster in the fall and winter than in the spring, which is our busiest time of year.
